Delete your Ayusha account

Your data belongs to you. You can delete your account and its data at any time: immediately from inside the app, or by email if you can no longer sign in.
The Fastest Way: In the App
- Open Ayusha and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile, your health readings, and your plan are erased through cryptographic shredding: the encryption keys that protect your records are destroyed, so the encrypted data becomes permanently unreadable, even in backups. A few non-identifying records, such as consent receipts and audit entries, are retained only as required by law.
Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, you can ask us to delete your account by email. Write to dpo@ayusha.care from the email address linked to your Ayusha account, with the subject Delete my account.
To protect the owner of the account, we verify every request first: we reply to that address and ask you to confirm before anything is deleted. Once your request is verified, deletion is completed within 30 days.

- Limited records such as billing or tax records
- Consent receipts and audit entries

Ayusha-Konto löschen

Deine Daten gehören dir. Du kannst dein Konto und seine Daten jederzeit löschen: sofort in der App, oder per E-Mail, wenn du dich nicht mehr anmelden kannst.
Der schnellste Weg: in der App
- Öffne Ayusha und gehe zum Tab Ich.
- Scrolle ans Ende der Seite.
- Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige.
Die Löschung erfolgt sofort und ist endgültig. Dein Profil, deine Gesundheitswerte und dein Plan werden durch kryptografisches Schreddern gelöscht: die Verschlüsselungsschlüssel, die deine Datensätze schützen, werden zerstört, sodass die verschlüsselten Daten dauerhaft unlesbar werden, selbst in Backups. Einige wenige nicht identifizierende Aufzeichnungen, etwa Einwilligungsnachweise und Prüfeinträge, bewahren wir nur auf, soweit und solange das Gesetz es verlangt.
Löschung per E-Mail beantragen
Wenn du nicht mehr auf die App zugreifen kannst, kannst du die Löschung deines Kontos per E-Mail beantragen. Schreibe an dpo@ayusha.care von der E-Mail-Adresse, die mit deinem Ayusha-Konto verknüpft ist, mit dem Betreff Konto löschen.
Zum Schutz der Kontoinhaberin oder des Kontoinhabers prüfen wir jede Anfrage zuerst: wir antworten an diese Adresse und bitten dich um Bestätigung, bevor etwas gelöscht wird. Sobald deine Anfrage bestätigt ist, wird die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen abgeschlossen.

- Dein Profil und deine Kontodaten
- Deine Fragebogen-Antworten und Gesundheitswerte
- Deine Auswertung, dein Plan und dein Verlauf
Die Verschlüsselungsschlüssel, die diese Datensätze schützen, werden zerstört, sodass die verschlüsselten Daten dauerhaft unlesbar werden, selbst in Backups.
Aufbewahrt, wo das Gesetz es verlangt
- Begrenzte Aufzeichnungen wie Abrechnungs- oder Steuerunterlagen
- Einwilligungsnachweise und Prüfeinträge
Wir bewahren nur das auf, was das Gesetz verlangt, und nur so lange, wie es das verlangt, und löschen alles Übrige. Mehr dazu in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
